The last day of August is Sunday and as summer ‘08 comes to a close, many of us are left asking ourselves “Where’d it go?!”. Fortunately, it’s not gone yet! In honor of your involvement in Sanchin-Ryu and the spirit of sharing, we are holding a special TWO HOUR DojoChat this Sunday at 8PM! For the first time, we’ll have all of the DojoChat masters broadcasting, instructing and answering questions. If you haven’t given yourself a chance to take part in DojoChat, this is your chance to see what everyone’s talking about. So, clear a spot next to your desk and get ready for an amazing workshop! Look at your forms on many levels: Personal balance, opponent arrangement, possible attacking scenarios and above all these, find a higher level of faith in your movement.

I hope to make it, if not HI to everyone!
Bye summer…nice while you lasted. Back to school for me, so goodbye to life as I know it and hello to late nights in the lab and early morning trips down I75 into Detroit (Wish me luck with that one! I still can’t seem to pick the right exit in the morning and end up using back roads to get to WSU SoM campus! I already had to use the two rules of downtown Detroit that I was told - don’t stop at red lights, and don’t get boxed in. Especially don’t get boxed in at a red light!
I have one rule to add - trust my 3rd star. It’s usually right.)
Lol, I feel your pain!
Uh…I have a question…are the live workouts not being recorded anymore? I know I haven’t been on the past two weeks and I keep coming on hoping to find them.
With getting up at 5:30-6am now for classes I just can’t stay up until 10:00 anymore
I could probably, but no energy to do anything so I’d just watch, which honestly isn’t worth it, I’d rather sleep at that point.
If there is ever a second live workout started I vote that it starts at 8:00pm!
