Thanks for sweep step thoughts! Must say I have not worked much with them at all, I sorta forgot they existed so thanks for the reminder!
Very nice. I like how the upper body motion also acts to distract from the footwork. I’ll definitely be adding these ideas to my sweep step “toolbox.”
I love the perfect storm analogy. So often we forget that a setup is involved with our techniques. What mechanics of the body should I focus on for technique over muscle with my sweeping leg?
