OW! Even I flinched. It gives me a whole new appreciation for what happens with a "good" groin strike (intentional or otherwise) and the need for very good control always.
Interesting. Was it just me, or did he start to shift back before the ball hit? I guess that makes sense though because his heart rate was increasing too in anticipation.

BTW about the increase in blood rate, in reference to exercising, we should develop a new mens weight loss technique. Groin Strikes. 10 Groin strikes a day, keeps the pounds away!
