Back in February we spent, what seemed like an entire month on an extraordinary technique called the Hammer Fist. Many masters contributed and many questions were asked and answered as well. Now, we’re taking another look at the Hammer fist only this time in a hand-to-hand style application. Other master(s) featured in this video: Master Jake Biernacki, District Master.
