It seems like almost everyday I receive emails from students asking what tools they can use to improve various abilities a sanchinka finds useful. Such as: Balance, Hand-eye coordination and quickness. This video showcases a tool useful for developing a deeper sense of balance. Get yours at the Sanchin Supplies store. Click here to learn more.

Way cool. I want a purple one. Oh wait, broken college student…hmm…I’ll find something. Now I’m curious if I roll, I guess I rarely pay attention to it. Thanks!

PS I have to say (because I’m still cracking up…at myself of course :P)- when I saw “half-sphere” in the title I immediately though…”hmm…Gaussian curvature?” *insert equations here* “or perhaps virus structural assembly?” “Maybe a buckybowl [half of a buckyball]” Actually, with the rough surface it kinda reminds me of a virus surface…I’ll go with that one.

My friend gave me a purple one!! :D :D :D I’ve been playing a lot with it. I have discovered my balance isn’t as good as I thought it was haha. I’m getting better though - I can actually stand on it now and do the first kicks in geri without falling off…sometimes :P It’s a lot of fun to play with!

Through repetition we remember the technique and movement. Through study we find in our self the ability to stay focused on what it is we are trying to accomplish, regardless of what the situation throws in our way.
