Wow! What an inspiration. It truly shows that Sanchin-Ryu training is more than techniques performed on level ground or an even gym floor. It needs to be applied in ways to stretch our skills and our imagination beyond the every day. Thank you for this video!

That was so very cool, both figuratively and literally. I am now even more impressed by Master Biernacki’s sense of balance. Do all master’s workouts have their own background music, and is anyone calling you “Jake of the Jungle” yet? Lol. All joking aside, this is one amazing “out of the box” workout!

It brought tears to my eyes it was so beautiful and inspiring. I found myself looking outside for a field to practice in and wondering if I could take my workouts to the next level of training. I believe I will try them outside this next week during Spring Break. District Master (and also my Sensei), I am in total awe of your abilities and it makes me work harder and harder. Thanks to all for sharing this wonderful, private workout with us.

Oh wow. I made my brother watch it too. How inspiring. I love the use of nature, the most creative I ever got was using a swingset/junglegym thing. Amazing. Wow. Thank you for sharing that.

What an amazing video! Master Biernacki’s performance is truly inspiring!! I think the video editing is worth mentioning too; the music & the throwing stars inside the home dojo were pretty cool! Thank you Masters for all that you continue to provide to us!
