Outstanding information, that actually addresses some questions I had in the Q+A for hammer fists in another thread. Thank you for the info! :)

Wow, that was awesome! Questions forming I can feel them…still in their individual elements but may be molecules at some point (hopefully!).

Now to get my speakers working again so I can hear what you were saying but actually it was almost cool to watch it without hearing anything…I’m going to go back now and watch other ones without listening. I wonder how much sound distracts… *thoughtful look* I do believe there were quite a few CBA’s in there - Loved the applications *runs to try it with her air ninjas*

In the Final series of Movements I thought Master Biernacki was using Ishi-Ku, instead of Ishi-Roku at first and that got me wondering about the relationship between those 2 CBA’a (beside the obvious that they are both practiced on a single opponent) and how using a Hammer-fist and Ishi-Ku might work. If I preface the Ishi-Ku that way would that change the concept of Ishi-Ku?

This is a perfect video for someone trying to get back into my Sanchin Ryu studies. Thanks to both of the Masters here!

When you loose sight of your goal or become confused in your initial direction, the simplest things can distract you. The only way to be aware of your surroundings, yet stay focused on your goal is to ready yourself with a practiced response. That’s why we have forms. To give us a vehicle of personal discovery.
