Wisdom
Through repetition we remember the technique and movement. Through study we find in our self the ability to stay focused on what it is we are trying to accomplish, regardless of what the situation throws in our way.

That was SO COOL! And class was last night so I won’t have a partner for another week
Thanks for the insight - I wish we worked more on Kitty Cat in class. I try at home but lately I have not been super creative with that stance, this video definitely helps!
Thank You, Chief Instructor Dearman that was very inspiring and made me feel free with the oppertunitys and possibilitys of both upper and lower body. It also helps me in my study of my personal definition of stance. Thank You,
Master Newberry
