Good evening, Sanchinkas! Our first DojoChat of 2008 will focus on targeting. Search the house for the following materials: 3 sheets of paper, 3 lengths of string, tape or thumbtacks. Crumple each sheet of paper into a ball, secure a string to each paper ball and hang them from a doorway(s). Suspend the paper balls at the following heights : temple, solar plexus, groin.
