The last few exercises we’ve presented in the Sanchin-Ryu Dojo have focused a lot on definition of technique. This quick exercise couldn’t be more needed to continue growth! Fluidity is art of flowing from one technique to another, from one thought to the next. Allow your workouts this necessary departure from the over-bearing and go with the flow!
