This week we filmed after a Sanchin-Ryu Sensei Class outside of the Jonesville, Michigan Dojo. Masters featured in this episode: District Master Jake Biernacki, Master Jamie Thompson and introducing Master Dave Shruga. This episode is all about using terrain, as inspired by Chief Instructor Joe Dearman. Masters share some exciting benefits to understanding “Fluid Balance”!

    Hello, Masters,
    Thanks for the fresh look at working with uneven terrain. Usually, I just think of working with it or around it. Haven’t really considered using it to my advantage in this way. Great new perspective & food for thought!
