Look at your forms on many levels: Personal balance, opponent arrangement, possible attacking scenarios and above all these, find a higher level of faith in your movement.

lots of ideas refreshed and presented anew here….plenty to keep me busy today. ty, master.
Thank you, Master Gonerka,
You always leave me with so much to think about on all three levels. The idea of taking your “home” (safe/protected place) with you to your next movement especially pertinent. Hip movement = work in progress. Thanks again for sharing your insight.
Thank you Master Gonerka, I was wondering the same thing on many different CBAs.
You have cleared up many questions for an old timer as it were.
However, a visual demonstation would be very helpful to solidfy what you have said.
Thank you, Scott Jansen
Thank you Master Gonderka, I really enjoyed the detail in your descriptions..I can’t wait to work on my snap backs and see what they really look like again!
Thank you,
Sensei Julie Sanders
This gives me several thoughts to work with and skills to hone. Your insight into the snapback will be worked on, especially since I’ve got this next week off and much time on my hands to explore.
Thanks again.
This gives us lot of information
about this to explore this snapback
thank again
Thank you, Master Gonerka, for an(other) insightful and articulate lesson. I am saving this essay to reflect on, from time to time.
