    Hello Chief Instructor and Master’s,

I cannot believe how often you are updating this sight. Great job!

I can’t get the audio clip to work. Could you please check it. Our Tech. guy says it is probably a problem on your end. I’m not real computer savy so I have no idea.

Thank you very much, Scott Jansen

Did you click on it three times? That’s what I had to do. I had to click once to get it to select the little thing, once to get it to stretch out, and then once more to get it to play. Give it time (like 2 sec) between each click. Maybe that will get it to work for you?

Thanks Amy for the help. It still doesn’t work, but after talking with some other Sanchinkas I think it has to be our system filters or something like that.

Through repetition we remember the technique and movement. Through study we find in our self the ability to stay focused on what it is we are trying to accomplish, regardless of what the situation throws in our way.
