Thank you for being available in this way!!!! We moved half way across the US and one of the biggest things I miss is my time to myself and my study of sanchin ryu. Thank you for making this available anyhwhere!

You are very welcome. We’re all a buzz about it too! Being re-unitied with old faces and introduced to new ones has been so great. We’ve got some amazing things in store for you! Where in the US are you living now?
This will be very helpful for any questions that may come up. Thanks!
Great job Master Joe, this really hit home for me in my study of stance and posture. When I interrupted my star step half way up, say with a heal palm or a hammer fist, my muscle memory showed itself. By the way, hammer fists to the top of the thigh are very affective. See ya soon
Master Dearman, my family moved to Savannah, Ga in August of 2006. Let me tell ya, my muscles remember and I will remember this workout video for the next couple of days… Feels good!

Chief Instructor, You mentioned in this video that our power comes from two places, I always thought it came from our feet up through the entire body, I am not sure what you meant by two places (unless you were referring to the hips…). Would you clarify?
S
Chief Instructor, I cannot get off this video. I have always wondered what CGM was trying to get out of us when he said just let it go. I think I had one of those moments when I had Positioning, Stance, Letting It Go, Muscle Memory and a One Inch Concept all at once. Sorry Master Biernaki. It seems now to me that working on muscle memory and an one inch concept can be done at the same time. I never thought to work on it together before. Or at least try to. Any input would be appreciated. See ya soon
