Excellent video Master Ben.I have gone through this one several times and seem to get something fresh from it each time. Thanks for breathing new life into my home study : )

Chief Insructor Dearman,
Help!!!!, whenever I try to extend the spin more than 180 degrees I find myself perching or coming up in my stance, (more than I normally do!) is that a result of lack of practice with that extreme of a spin/losing concentration on my stance (something again that I hope pratice will correct) or something fundamentally wrong with my stance during the spin?
Also when I try to tuck in tight I seem to loose torque,
Getting dizzy, but wont give up!!!
Thanks tremendously for the instruction and help,

Chief Insructor Ben Dearman,
Well, still not there yet, continuing on though and getting better with my above problem, finding that the torque of the upper body really helps bring the rest around, but in working this excercise and listening to your comments about our star step, especially about the last thing we want is the toes and ball of our foot hitting first (which I think I’ve heard a bazillion times, land flat, land flat) for some reason really hit home, perhaps the extra concentration of working the turn and being very aware of my stance? dont know really… funny though how when working on one technique something else can come to light.
Sometimes I feel that I’m coming down too much on the heel, I guess over correcting at that point(?)
A side result, all of a sudden the first two star steps of Seau San dont seem so foreign.
Thanks a ton for the video Master Ben,
Bob
