Tonight’s DojoChat Topic (Sunday, April 8th): Combination Refinement
This workout will be overseen by Chief Instructor Joe Dearman and led by Master Chris Yonker, Shichi Dan and Master Jake Biernacki, Roku-Dan.

Work through the Combined Basics Advanced (if you are not familiar with these movements, combine your basic fundamentals). Analyze the following three things:

1. Balance -Analyze your balance, try examining your self when off-balance (throw yourself off-balance).
2. Fluidity -Give yourself an honest assessment of how fluid you are, hint: this can be mental or physical .
3. Focus -Where are you/should you be directing your focus?

Once you’ve had a chance to work on the above, add to the discussion by asking a question, try to keep the conversation close to today’s topic.
