Tonight’s DojoChat Topic (Sunday, April 8th): Combination Refinement Work through the Combined Basics Advanced (if you are not familiar with these movements, combine your basic fundamentals). Analyze the following three things: 1. Balance -Analyze your balance, try examining your self when off-balance (throw yourself off-balance). Once you’ve had a chance to work on the above, add to the discussion by asking a question, try to keep the conversation close to today’s topic. Let have an insightful workout and enjoy history in the making!

Wisdom
When you loose sight of your goal or become confused in your initial direction, the simplest things can distract you. The only way to be aware of your surroundings, yet stay focused on your goal is to ready yourself with a practiced response. That’s why we have forms. To give us a vehicle of personal discovery.
