Throughout the year, Sanchin-Ryu holds special event workshops, summer camps and seminars. These events are designed specifically to expand and further your Sanchin-Ryu training. Sanchin-Ryu Fall Workshop 2008
This workout is designed to embrace some of the same ideas explored at our summer Campout held in July. All students (including new ones) are encouraged to attend. Whether you are a continuing student who experienced Weekend Campout or a brand new one, this workout is sure to enhance your workouts and your understanding of the art of Sanchin-Ryu. Held October 19, 2009 in Leslie, Michigan.
Sanchin-Ryu Winter Weekend Retreat 2009
Sanchin-Ryu's Winter Weekend Retreat is one of our favorite events! Weekend Retreat is two days of relaxed Sanchin-Ryu workshops! There is a total of 8 hours of inside workout with many Masters of Sanchin-Ryu. A wonderful family weekend get-away! Held January 31-February 1, 2009 in Lansing, Michigan

These two workshops are designed to work around two different topics. They're a great way to get ready for the upcoming summer events! Held in March and April in Leslie, Michigan. Check back for dates.

The Youth Leadership SuperCamp is five fun packed days of challenging, memory-making activities designed to enhance leadership skills in young people. Through an array of special events, Sanchin-Ryu training, and fun camp activities, SuperCampers will combine adventure with instruction resulting in a unique and unforgettable summer camp experience. SuperCamp has a 1 to 5 counselor to student ratio! All counselors are Sanchin-Ryu Senseis! Held in June at Olivet College, Olivet Michigan. Check back for dates.
Sanchin-Ryu's Weekend Family Campout 2009
Camp-out and study at Sanchin-Ryu's longest running event! A weekend of unforgettable knowledge and instruction, Sanchin-Ryu's summer Campout is for any and all students of Sanchin-Ryu, family and friends. Over 10 hours of Instruction, are scheduled for this event! This is more than one session during the yearly schedule of classes! Kids even have a special �Dragon Track� designed just for them. Camp coordination and Instruction conducted by over 30 Masters of Sanchin-Ryu. Held in July in Marshall, Michigan. Check back for dates.
Chief Grand Master's Dojo 2009
Held at Olivet College, Chief Grand Master�s Dojo is a life enriching opportunity for every adult, from the beginning student to the most seasoned master Sanchinka. This long weekend (4 days) conference is led and directed by Chief Grand Master Robert H. Dearman who will present a multitude of programs, ranging from: understanding the mechanics of body weapons, to; Kumite, strategies of Kata. Students attending receive full room and board. Held in August at Olivet College, Olivet Michigan. Check back for dates.
