This video touches on some of those possibilities. The most important things to focus on when you work with these ideas, are your fundamentals. Remember to keep your knee high, check the position of your leg when you bring it up, and to have good posture. Another good training tool is to purposely lose your balance. Since weight distribution is so connected in everything we do, it is important to actively study how our bodies move. Throwing yourself off balance is a great way to work on this because it is realistic to a street attack and you will learn a great deal about yourself in regaining your stance.
